Between the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and the Uluslararası Diş Hekimliği Eğitimi Geliştirme Derneği (UDEG) for Strategic Organizational Development and Advisory Partnership

The primary objective of this MOU is to outline the scope of a strategic organizational development partnership in which ADEA, acting in a consultant capacity, supports UDEG in designing and implementing an organizational blueprint informed by ADEA's experience with its governance, programs, and service delivery structures, and adapted to the Turkish regulatory and educational context by the UDEG group. Topics of exploration may include but are not limited to: 1. Governance Design: Compare governance models, board structures, and decision-making procedures to identify potential improvements for UDEG's governance framework 2. Committee Framework: Share information about standing committees and member engagement structures to inform UDEG's development of appropriate committee frameworks for the Turkish context 3. Faculty Development and Leadership: Offer information about leadership development pathways and professional growth programs for UDEG's member institutions 4. Curriculum and Educational Standards: Provide information on competency frameworks and accreditation processes 5. Research and Data Exchange: Explore opportunities to collaborate on research initiatives, surveys, or data sharing on topics of mutual interest in dental education 6. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Share information about the integration of digital health, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies in dental education
