Registrations will be valid and confirmed after all payments are made. If the money transfer / EFT information (payment receipt) does not reach the meeting secretariat, the submitted registration forms will not be taken into consideration. If you have not received your participation confirmation before the meeting, please contact via e-mail at udeg2025@gmail.com. The registration fee is determined by the date of payment, not by the date of submission of the form. In order for the early registration fee to be valid, the registration form and receipt information must be uploaded to the system by the early registration dates.

Participants can also reach the meeting center from the airport, train station and bus station by taxi.
