Registrations will be valid and confirmed after all payments are made. If the money transfer / EFT information (payment receipt) does not reach the meeting secretariat, the submitted registration forms will not be taken into consideration. If you have not received your participation confirmation before the meeting, please udeg2024@gmail.com Please contact via e-mail at  . The registration fee is determined by the date of payment, not by the date of submission of the form. In order for the early registration fee to be valid, the registration form and receipt information must be uploaded to the system by the early registration dates.
